How it works
Soil & Slab is an independent information and connection website operated by Bobcat Ridge LLC. We do not perform foundation inspections or repairs. When you request help, we connect you with one participating local foundation specialist (our service partner) who handles the inspection, recommendations, and any repair work under their own licenses, insurance, and warranties. Partner details appear on this site only when a partner is actively assigned. If no partner is assigned yet, we will not claim contractor credentials we do not have.
Who does the work?

Licenses, insurance, photos, and warranty text are loaded from our partner config when a partner is active. We do not invent trucks, staff, or reviews.
What we own vs what the partner owns
- We own: this website, educational content, the tracking phone number on these pages, and the lead forms.
- The partner owns: the inspection, repair methods, crew, licenses, insurance, and warranties for work they perform.
- Map listings: any Google Business Profile must be the real business doing the work — never a fake listing for this lead-gen brand.
Switching partners
If the participating specialist changes, this site’s permanent pages stay; only the partner layer updates. Open warranty work stays with the contractor who performed it.
