No. Soil & Slab is an independent information and connection website operated by Bobcat Ridge LLC. Inspections and repairs are performed by one participating local foundation specialist when assigned (currently: Local service partner (to be assigned)). We do not claim contractor licenses, insurance, or warranties as our own.
What areas do you cover?
The intended regional market is North Austin & Williamson County — Round Rock, Georgetown, Cedar Park, Pflugerville, Hutto, Leander, North Austin. Primary ZIPs are listed on the service-area page. Those ZIPs are coverage expectations for routing, not a promise that every address is served.
Do you have appointments available today?
We do not publish live appointment inventory on this website. A submitted request is not a confirmed appointment. When a partner is assigned, they follow up to schedule. If no partner is assigned yet, we will not invent availability.
How much does foundation repair cost?

What happens after I submit the form or call?
We capture your contact details, ZIP, symptom, and optional urgency. When a participating specialist is assigned, they (or we) follow up using the phone number you provided. A form submission is a request for contact — not a booked job, quote acceptance, or proof of completion.
Is every crack a foundation emergency?
No. In expansive clay country, some seasonal movement is common. Document patterns (photos and dates help). If you smell gas, have active flooding into the home, or face a structural emergency, contact the appropriate utility or emergency services — not a marketing website.
Who will show up at my house?
