I’m Matthew Briggs. I operate Hill Country real estate through Bobcat Ridge LLC, and I’ve seen foundation issues across enough properties to know how hard it is for a homeowner to get a straight answer.

Soil & Slab is a rank-and-rent lead-gen site: we own the website, phone number, and forms; the specialist owns the fieldwork, insurance, and warranty. That’s disclosed once here and in the footer — then we get out of the way so you can decide with findings, not fear.
